# Expert Hints:

01 -
  • Quick and Easy: A complete meal prepared and cooked in just 28 minutes.
  • Healthy Choice: Naturally gluten-free, low carb, and high in lean protein.
  • One-Pan Cleanup: Everything roasts together on a single sheet pan for minimal washing up.
  • Fresh Flavors: The combination of lemon, garlic, and fresh herbs brings out the best in the cod.
02 -
  • Avoid Overcooking: Cod is lean and can dry out quickly; start checking for flakiness at the 15-minute mark.
  • Herb Freshness: Fresh herbs are recommended for the brightest flavor, but dried herbs work well if you reduce the quantity by half.
  • Uniformity: Halving the cherry tomatoes helps them release their juices faster, creating a built-in sauce for the asparagus.
